Authors submitting papers to Fidelity : Jurnal Teknik Elektro affirm that their work is original, has not been previously published, and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere. Furthermore, authors confirm that their paper is entirely their own creation, without any instances of copying or plagiarism from other sources, whether in whole or in part. DUTIES OF EDITORS

Decision on the Publication of Articles

The Editor in Chief of Fidelity : Jurnal Teknik Elektro is responsible for making decisions regarding the publication of submitted articles. The Editor in Chief may consider the policies of the journal's editorial board and comply with legal requirements concerning issues such as libel, copyright infringement, and plagiarism. Additionally, the Editor in Chief may consult with other editors or reviewers during the decision-making process.

Review of Manuscripts
The Editor in Chief of Fidelity : Jurnal Teknik Elektro is responsible for ensuring that every manuscript undergoes an initial evaluation by the editor or co-editor. The editor/co-editor may utilize appropriate software to assess the originality of the manuscript's content. After successfully passing this test, the manuscript is then sent to two referees for blind peer review. Each referee will provide a recommendation on whether to publish the manuscript in its current form, suggest modifications, or reject it altogether. The review process for each article takes at least one month from the moment the reviewer expresses their willingness to review the manuscript. Unpublished materials disclosed in a submitted manuscript must not be used by anyone who has access to the manuscript for their own research purposes without obtaining the explicit written consent of the author.

The evaluation of manuscripts will be based solely on their intellectual merit, and no consideration will be given to the authors' race, gender, sexual orientation, religious belief, ethnic origin, citizenship, or political philosophy..

Confidentiality
The Editor in Chief, editors, and all editorial staff are strictly prohibited from sharing any information regarding a submitted manuscript with anyone except the corresponding author, reviewers, potential reviewers, other editorial advisers, and the publisher.

DUTIES OF REVIEWERS

Promptness
If a reviewer finds it impossible to complete the manuscript review within the specified time frame, they are required to promptly inform the editor. This will allow the editor to assign the manuscript to another reviewer.

Confidentiality
The article emphasizes the importance of maintaining confidentiality and treating all information related to submitted manuscripts as privileged and confidential.

Standards of Objectivity

Reviewers are required to avoid reviewing manuscripts in which they have conflicts of interest arising from competitive, collaborative, or any other relationships or connections with the authors, companies, or institutions associated with the papers.

DUTIES OF AUTHORS

Reporting standards
Authors of reports of original research are required to provide a precise and truthful description of the conducted work and impartially discuss its importance. The paper must accurately represent the underlying data. Sufficient information and references should be included to enable others to replicate the study. Engaging in fraudulent or knowingly providing inaccurate statements is considered unethical behavior and is not acceptable.

Data Access and Retention
The authors are required to be willing to submit the raw data related to their paper for editorial evaluation. If possible, they should also be ready to grant public access to this data. Moreover, regardless of public access, the authors should be willing to retain the raw data for a reasonable period after the paper's publication.

Originality and Plagiarism
Authors should ensure that their works are entirely original. If authors have incorporated the ideas or words of others, proper citation or quotation must be provided.

Multiple Publications
In general, it is considered unethical publishing behavior for an author to publish manuscripts that essentially describe the same research in more than one journal or primary publication. Submitting the identical manuscript to multiple journals simultaneously is also unacceptable.

Acknowledgement of Sources
The article emphasizes the importance of providing proper acknowledgment to the work of others. It highlights that authors should appropriately cite publications that have played a significant role in shaping the nature of the reported work.

Authorship of the Paper
The principle of authorship should be restricted to individuals who have made substantial contributions to the conception, design, execution, or interpretation of the study being reported. Only those who have made noteworthy contributions should be included as co-authors. Fundamental Errors in Published Works
When an author discovers a significant error or inaccuracy in his/her own published work, it is the author's responsibility to immediately inform the journal editor or publisher and work together with the editor to either retract or rectify the paper.
